Iliana Lince

Iliana M. Lince was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, where she pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Oriente (Higher Polytechnic Institute Julio A. Mella) receiving her Diploma in Architecture in 1988. She arrived in the United States in 1995 and worked in several South Florida architectural firms. Her main emphasis was the coordination of construction documents, detailing and designing commercial projects. Iliana has been active in the architectural firm of Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates since 1998 working in design development and construction documents of mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings. She became an associate in 2005. Currently Iliana is a registered member of the N.C.A.R.B and resides in Miami Lakes, Florida where she lives with her husband and son.
